Moleskine

The Moleskine notebook is the heir and successor to the legendary notebook of artists and intellectuals of the last two centuries. The simple black pocket-sized object contained the sketches, notes, stories, and ideas that would one day become famous paintings or pages of beloved books. In the mid-1980s, the notebook that Chatwin called "Moleskine" became increasingly rare and eventually disappeared altogether.

In 1997 a small publishing house from Milan re-issued the legendary notebook under its historical name, reviving its extraordinary tradition of creativity and expression for the creative people of our time. Today, Moleskine has expanded its offer with new collections and specific services for creative professionals and students. All objects complement each other in form and function, are closely linked to the mobile identity and thus become an integral part of the personality.
