Sharp

Sharp is a Japanese electronics company and is headquartered in Osaka. The history of the company dates back to 1912, when it was founded under the name Hayakawa Metals. In 1953, the company began producing televisions under the name Sharp. After initial successes, the group expanded its product range to include computers, CD players, telephones and solar cells.
