This USB 2.0 to serial RS-232 converter from Delock provides an RS-232 connection for measuring devices, POS systems, printers, modems, IoT devices, etc. With galvanic isolation, data transmission errors caused by uneven ground potentials, ground loops, or interference from voltage spikes are prevented. The converter is suitable for DIN rail mounting.

The galvanic isolation (5 kV) is achieved using optical isolators.
