I don't really understand your question - but I've been using this printer for 16 months and haven't had to refill the original ink cartridges yet

We are very satisfied with the printer. For private use, the print quality is sufficient for us. The control panel is a bit small and difficult to read for my visually impaired wife. However, I have made her an operating aid for this. We have had the printer for over a year now and have never had to refill the ink.
As far as I know, duplex scanning is not possible.

I haven't tested it yet, but it is important that this service is registered in your destination list at www.epsonconnect.com/user, otherwise the machine won't know whether the service can be executed and where the scan should be sent. "De Priis! When comparing the printers, the two have mostly the same characteristics. The only differences I can see are the higher print speed of the 2756 and the wider range of memory cards that can be inserted in the 2750.
It is a standard USB cable - as with all printers. However, I would recommend connecting the printer via the network (or WLAN), then you can also print from your mobile phone or other PCs. I found it easy to set up. FG

Yes, all the colours are there, even more than will fit when you fill it up.
If you connect the printer to the coputer via USB, the printer will continue to run via wifi and so will your coputer.

No. Automatic scanning is not possible because there is no feeder tray and the scanner must be placed directly on the scanner glass. This means that duplex scanning is only possible manually.

We have 2 of these printers, with the new "EcoTank concept" drying is not possible because the ink used has a new composition.

I bought this printer over a year ago and received it with 2 bottles of black ink and one bottle each for the colours I have not had to buy any more ink yet: it's great ;-)
Unfortunately only mediocre, would not use the printer as a photo printer. I tried it with expensive glossy photo paper: Some of the colours are a bit weak and the sharpness could be better. My last Canon Pixma was better at this. I still haven't bought a Pixma because I need the Epson mainly for office purposes and I was fed up with the expensive ink cartridges that constantly run out and clog up. For office purposes, however, I am thrilled with the Epson.

The unlimited version includes a subscription to the Epson refill service. This means that for two years, you only have to contact Epson to have refill cartridges sent to you free of charge.
Please check again the correct version of the printer driver. There is a similar model without duplex printing. I installed Catalina 2 weeks ago under MacOS and everything works flawlessly.
