I also had the problem, probably because the keys bounce.
Unplug the keyboard, install the latest driver, install the software from ROG and then plug the keyboard back in.
This solved the problem for me.
Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of this keyboard because the keys are too high for me.

See if the keyboard curves a little at the bottom, then it's the battery...
