5. Sera Water care PH/KH-minus, 250 ml
Water conditioner for species-appropriate, soft, and slightly acidic water. Reduces pH value and carbonate hardness (KH). Suitable for soft aquarium water. Supports the proper care of discus and angelfish. Helps combat acute ammonia poisoning. Enhances plant growth by releasing CO2. Package size: 250 ml, coverage: 1000 l. Some fish species, such as discus and angelfish, are adapted to very soft water and require this condition especially for breeding. Additionally, when keeping other fish species, the water may have too high a carbonate hardness (KH) or the pH value may have risen too much due to natural metabolic processes. In these cases, sera pH/KH-minus works reliably and quickly. The pH value and KH are immediately and precisely lowered and regulated. This creates species-appropriate conditions that significantly contribute to the vitality and well-being of the fish.

For the easy determination of nitrite levels in freshwater and seawater. Nitrite (NO2) is one of the most harmful fish toxins in aquariums. Inadequate biological filtration can lead to its accumulation in the water.
With the sera NO2 test, the nitrite level in freshwater and seawater can be determined easily and reliably.
In cases of slightly elevated nitrite levels, we recommend using sera bio nitrivec (freshwater), sera marin bio reefclear (seawater), or sera pond bio nitrivec (pond). In cases of severe nitrite contamination, sera Nitrit-minus provides quick relief.

7. Sera Fe test simple determination of iron
Iron (Fe) is an important component of plant nutrition.
If the plants show pale leaves, this may indicate an iron deficiency. The Fe test provides a quick indication of a possible deficiency situation.
Targeted fertilization with Florena or Florenette immediately remedies the deficiency. Detection of chelated (stabilized) iron is also possible.
Sufficient for approximately 75 measurements.

9. Sera Toxivec 100ml
Furthermore, it removes aggressive chlorine from tap water. It also acts against residues of disinfectants or medicinal substances used. However, Sera Toxivec does even more: it reliably binds toxic heavy metals such as copper, zinc, lead, or even mercury. This way, these pollutants can no longer pose a threat to the fish as well as the beneficial bacteria in the biofilter. The number of water changes is thus reduced. If necessary, meaning in cases of particularly high contamination levels, Sera Toxivec easily allows for a higher dosage. A second application after one to two hours is also possible.
