I just measured again, the hose has a diameter of just under 13 cm. Unfortunately, I don't know if there is an adapter. I once asked De'Longhi directly via email about the possibility of buying an additional hose. Unfortunately I never got an answer.

The hose is approx. 1.5 m (I can't be more precise because the part is currently in a different place). Clamping it in the window works. However, if a window is open, warm air comes back into the room. In addition, the intake is exactly on the side of the hose, so that the warm outside air is potentially sucked in. I think the part is good, but I didn't think about all this enough beforehand. A much better solution would certainly be to have a hole to the outside somewhere.

Zürich City requires a permission for split-AC solution (building outside or on the window), but none is required for a monoblock AC like the De'Longhi PAC 112AN. However as usual in Switzerland local building permission laws can differ i.e. you have to check you Geneva City Building Departement to be sure. I'm not a laywer so no guarantee, but from what I've seen so far monoblock generally do not require building permissions. (Which is insanly stupid, since split AC with the Condensor/Compressor outside generally require less energy to cool an enclosed room to a specific temperature)
