Can crumbs fall out again when the vacuum cleaner is switched off? This is the case with my old Dyson and it's annoying.

If all the crumbs have made it into the collection container before switching off, this will not happen.
The storage location of my Dream R20 is always clean.

No, when you vacuum up the crumbs, leave the hoover
on for a few seconds so that the crumbs are in the bin.
