hello everyone. i have had this appliance for a year. it stands on a stool and under the stool i have a 10 litre bucket where the condensation runs in from the BOTTOM plug. in the height of summer it can happen that the bucket is full within a day. what about the top plug? the instructions say optional dehumidification. would the water also come out there when cooling? because it would be higher I could lead it out of the window and the eternal bucket emptying would be over.. is the water pumped out of the lower plug or does it just flow out? can you overcome a small height? upper plug with pump?

I have the same system and have never connected anything to the condensate connection and it works tiptop.
My understanding is that you can connect the top hose when dehumidifying and don't have to. If the internal tank was full it would switch off and you would have to drain via the bottom plug.
When cooling, the water is evaporated and goes out via the normal hot air hose, which is not possible when dehumidifying.
So put both plugs in and cool. That works
