English Channel, 20th century, just before the sports show. A port city is being built! With the raw materials that constantly arrive at the dock, players expand the harbor further and further: one building after another is constructed, partly by the players and partly by the city. Goods are acquired and refined, ships are built, and whoever has amassed the greatest fortune by the end wins. It was clear.
