Application:
Open the foil pouch, remove the strips, and peel off the backing. Dry your teeth with a towel. First, apply the lower strip, then repeat with the upper strip. Leave on the teeth for 30 minutes. Do not eat or drink during this time. Remove the strips and rinse off any remaining gel.
