The MIPA primer "EP Primer Filler" is a highly developed, chrome-free 2K epoxy resin material specifically designed for the efficient painting of passenger cars and large vehicles. This innovative primer combines the properties of a filler and an adhesion promoter, making it particularly versatile. It offers excellent adhesion on non-ferrous metals, making it ideal for mixed construction methods. Additionally, the EP Primer Filler impresses with its outstanding filling power and adhesion on various surfaces such as steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and fiberglass. With high impact and scratch resistance, as well as effective corrosion protection, this product is reliable even under adverse weather conditions. Its chemical and mechanical resistance ensures that the coating remains intact over the long term. After forced drying, the primer can be easily reworked with polyester filler, further simplifying application. The coverage is 5.0 - 6.0 m²/l at a dry film thickness of 40 - 50 µm.
