Upload a photo of the EAN (product code)

Second step on another website
Register with a valid e-mail address
Provide your surname/first name, address, IBAN etc.
Upload the invoice again.
Upload the photo of the EAN again.

Third step
The original packaging with the EAN +
The invoice +
Another form
Print all this out and send it to Oral-B by post (you have to pay the postage yourself)

(*) The EAN on my original packaging was not recognised. I had to send about seven emails to support before the problem was finally corrected manually.

I can confirm this 100%, Oral B cash back or how to take customers for idiots... I personally went through all the stages, finally sent all the information to Germany (!) only to never receive anything... in short, I won't be asked again, that's clear.

I’ve had the identical issue. So far I haven’t received any money. Lots of email back and forth and now they want proof I’ve sent the letter with the QR code and the form. Simply ridiculous.
