I bought the device and the advert promises that the warranty will be extended by one year when I register it. However, neither the link www.philips.ch/welcome nor the QR code on the card work. Does anyone know how to get the warranty extension anyway?

It worked for me with the QR code, but you can also just go here (you have to create an account first):
