The product description says that this toothbrush has only one step. But the same model in black (same price) has 3 steps. How many steps does the white one really have?

The model has 3 cleaning programmes (clean, white, gum care). These programmes have different types and intensities of vibration. However, there is no setting for e.g. the intensity of the vibration of a cleaning programme.
