    1000W or 1200W?

I'm putting together my new PC (as soon as the stupid Phanteks fans and the case finally arrive): https://www.digitec.ch/de... As this is my first time doing this, I wanted to ask if the 1000W PSU will be enough for this configuration, or if I should go for the 1200W after all... Could someone help me out? Thank you :)

    Filters, filters and more filters

As can already be read in two of the three automatically displayed articles under PSUs, the Community would like to see more filters. Please add the filters with the ATX standard or at least the release date. For all those who want to configure a new build for the next gen Nvidia GPU's, there is of course already time to think about what is going into the box. This includes the PSU, which has played a significant role since the 12v 2x6 pin. It is important for me to be able to set the filter for ATX 3.0 or ATX 3.1.

Many of the power supply units here do not have photos of the wiring !!!

I feel like I have a million photos of every power supply unit from all angles, but no photos of the cables? This is extremely important: I no longer want a power supply unit with unusable, sleeved cables and long, thick heat-shrink tubing at both ends, which can hardly be bent and laid sensibly in tight spaces. Only to then have to spend a lot of money on a new set of colourful "modding" cables without mesh and shrink tubing.

Add filters for specs on PSUs

Hey :) I'm currently browsing for ATX power supplies and realize that there are no filter options for some of the specs I'm interested in. I'm interested in a quiet, possibly fanless, PSU. However, there are no filter for noise level (dB) or for PSU fan (fan size or absence of fans) either. This is unfortunate. Is that something that could be added in the future? Best, -J-

    PSU filters

Hey :) Just here to mention that the filters do NOT work as expected when browsing for (ATX) power supplies on your website: For "Modularity", there are separate filter options for "Modular Cable Management" and "Partially Modular Cable Management". However, when selecting only PSUs with modular cable management, many items show up that have only PARTIALLY modular cable management or no cable management at all. This is unfortunate and inconvenient. basically makes the filter useless. Best, -J-

    Corsair SF600 Platinum

Why do you have the SF750, but none (Bronze, Gold, Paltinum) of the above? P.s. the number after SF indicates the watts.

PC power supply unit with 12V-2×6 connection

Hello Digitec FSP/Fortron seems to have launched the first PC power supplies that take into account the new 12V-2×6 standard. I am interested in this model: Hydro PTM X PRO ATX3.0 850W Unfortunately, the manufacturer seems to sell the previous and the updated version under the same name: https://www.fsplifestyle.com/en... (previous) https://www.fsplifestyle.com/en... (updated) Would it be possible to include the new version of the 850W power supply in the range?

Additional "Drives Cable" (SATA, Molex) for be quiet! Straight Power 10 CM (600W)

I own a be quiet! Straight Power 10 CM (600W), which has four connections for "drives" (cables with SATA and Molex connections). Three (differently equipped) cables are included in the delivery. I would now like a fourth such cable. Are these available somewhere as accessories?

Hi Digitec. With the new ATX 3.0 power supplies released with new PCIE-5 16-pin cable connectors can you please add filters to the store to make identifying them easier? Many thanks.

Proper optical cable for Fiber7 with FRITZ!Box 5490

Hello dear community I have lost track in the jungle of cable variety and need your swarm knowledge. My old optical cable (from the OTO socket to the router) is broken and needs to be replaced. I don't have a clue which one to use for this router. Cleverly, the old one is already in the trash :-( Does anyone know what I need to look out for? The cable length can be 10m or 15m, if that is available. Thanks for your input!

Are there already power supplies with ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 standards?

Unfortunately, these search filters (ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0) are not available on the digitec.ch website for power supplies.

    12vhpwr Power Supplies

Dear Community I bought one of the new RTX 4000 series graphics cards today. Since I don't trust the dongle that Nvidia includes, I would like to buy a new PSU with 850-1000W power (or equip the old one with an appropriate, native cable). Do you know if there are any power supplies available at Digitec that have the new 12 pin connector (12vhpwr)? I have a BeQuiet Dark Power Pro 11 with 850W, but I don't think there are any more adapters for it.

Do we have it? It's not visible in the shop but it's already listed in other shops. This follows the demand for ATX3.0 PSU and 12vHPWR.

Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 12 1500W Power Supply Unit

Hello I have a question about the Be Quiet Power Pro 12 1500W power supply, namely the power connection. It is stated that the power supply needs a C19 power connection. The Steffen adapter cable is recommended at Digitec. However, if you look at the specifications, it says that 2300 watts and 10A must not be exceeded. However, in the technical data of the power supply it says nominal current 17A. Now my question is does the Steffen adapter cable work at all and do I have to fuse the power from the socket again? Kind regards Stefan

Hello An indication of price per performance would be quite good in this category. As with SSDs, price per capacity.

    Coolermaster v850 SFX Gold

Hello Together Would it be possible to add the Coolermaster v850 SFX Gold to the range? https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog.... I'm looking for an SFX-L 850 watt PSU as I would be at the limit of my planned system right now with a 750. The 100 watts +/- 5% more is practically a must for me and I'm sure would be great for other enthusiasts :) LG Flo_203

Separate power supply unit for water cooling

Hello all I have built a water cooling system for my PC in a side room. This system requires approx. 80W and I can't attach it to the PC power supply because otherwise I would need countless extension cables for Molex and Sata (max. length per cable 90cm). Now an old 650W power supply unit is still attached. 1st question What would be more efficient? A 300W Gold PSU https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/be-quiet-netzteil-tfx-power-3-pc-netzteil-15743779 or a 160W Bronze PSU https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/streacom-st-nano160-160w-pc-netzteil-5806804 or can I leave the old PSU on? As far as I can tell, the Gold PSU would be better because it would logically be more efficient despite the size, or am I mistaken? 2nd question Is it harmful for a PSU if I connect the water cooling PSU and the PC PSU to Smart Plugs so that I don't have to go into the next room every time (difficult to access)? (Of course, the PC is shut down normally beforehand). Many thanks in advance.
