Dear Galaxus, I would greatly appreciate it if one could sort by delivery time. Not all orders are equally urgent, and some products one is happy to wait for a while. But conversely, there are of course orders that one would like to have within a reasonable period, because the item is urgently needed. Currently, one can only click "Products in stock". However, this massively reduces the number of displayed items and, for me as a customer, excludes items that could well be with me within a few days. If I don't need something immediately, that's perfectly fine with me. There's usually still a little time, especially if you then get exactly what you wanted! On the other hand, I would find it more useful if one could hide items that are currently not available at all. These unnecessarily clog up the lists, because such items are only of interest if one wants to get an overview, but not if one wants to order. It would be great if a solution could be found here!

Good day, why does Galaxus only offer a 2-year guarantee on the "Wilfa Swart uniform" coffee grinder(s) (silver and black model)? The manufacturer grants 5 years and in other shops it is also displayed for the customer.

My contribution does not really fit into a specific category. Therefore simply under "Household"... All in all, I am very satisfied with Galaxus/Digitec. Always prompt delivery and impeccable service. But: Yesterday I ordered a new replacement insert for the Succes Senior Agenda 2021. Size = 9.5 cm x 15.0 cm x 1.6 cm thick. This was delivered in a cardboard box measuring 29.0 cm x 37.0 cm x16.0 cm high. In my opinion, this is really a waste and not at all necessary. A small sturdy envelope would have sufficed. Please pay some attention to the proportionality of your packaging. The resources in our world are not unlimited. Many thanks to you :-) Kind regards

Dear Galaxus, you belong to Migros. Why don't you include the Migros non-food range in your shop? It would increase the purchase of small-priced articles. I would often order something from you for less than 50 francs and then get put off by the minimum order value. If I could order non-food products from Migros (I'm a Migros child :-)), which I always need anyway, I would reach the minimum order amount. So I usually order the cheap items somewhere with a lower minimum order value. Just as a suggestion.

Bosch is definitely not letting us down: ====== We are planning a conversion campaign in which a new module will be inserted into the Indego and new software installed. Until the device has been converted, it will not be possible to operate it via the app. The Indego will therefore be displayed as offline. During the transition period, however, the Indego can be operated manually. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a start date for this campaign at this time. I cannot remove the jug from its housing when the robot has been used to cook (e.g. pumpkin puree or other hot items). The lid remains very hard to turn and the jug remains stuck, impossible to remove, so I cannot remove the contents is cooking other food.

This hoover is available in the versions "Shark Statros IZ400DE" and "Shark IZ400CH Anti Hair-Wrap cordless hoover with Flexology" at very different prices. If you compare them, however, you don't seem to find any differences. What is the difference between them and why is the "Shark Shark IZ400DE" model available twice at different prices?

My 20-year-old Philipps mixer/kneading machine is giving up the ghost. I am looking for a successor that is easy to use and whose motor can easily process 1kg of flour and a few ingredients. According to perhaps rather naïve statements in the retail trade, most conventional food processors are unable to cope. I am unsure if the installation is correct. I have connected the adapter and the charging station to the power and put the robot hoover on it, but it keeps moving away and I wanted to ask if you are charging or not because the light is green on the adapter? I can't get the hoover to start with the remote control or manually by pressing a button... is this perhaps because it has only been charging for one and a half hours? Send Help Dankeee :)

Yesterday I ordered crockery for CHF 100 (vintage from Cucina&Tavola). Today I see the exact same crockery in Migros with a 40% discount. I feel like I'm being sold off a bit.
