Hello digitecer As I am no longer prepared to pay 89.- Fr to my local cable provider every month, and even after 23 years as a customer they are not showing any goodwill, e.g. in the direction of new customer offers, I am looking around for alternatives. - Other cable provider drops out because of monopoly - Fibre optic not available - DSL out because unfortunately much too slow or no telephone connection available at the house itself. That leaves 5G. I have an unlimited Sunrise tariff with Extra Sim Surf & Talk and have borrowed a Huawei CPE 2. And look: stable 100 Mbit in the living room, up to 600 Mbit on the roof terrace during the day, even 800 Mbit at night. Goodbye cable connection. It's been like this for two weeks now, and I'm wondering how I'll be able to go online via 5G in the long term. Realistically, I need about 10-50 Gb a day, so roughly 1 TB of data a month (all the TVs in the house run via IPTV). Option 1: Just leave everything as it is and wait until Sunrise gets in touch or throttles something. Option 2: Take out an extra plan with unlimited data. Let's assume I take out the Galaxus plan with unlimited data for 19.- Fr a month, when will the first one take notice of me and start sending warning SMS or throttling? Until recently, Yallo had the Go Max permanently on sale for 20 Fr (it's sure to come back) and they advertise that you can use it in a router. What do you think? How unlimited is unlimited 5G data with such plans for around 20 Fr in Switzerland? What would you do?

I would still like to understand why almost every time I order from you I receive my goods in a cardboard box that is 3x too big, which is filled with plastic packaging so that the small article does not move? I think that in 2021 making an effort on the size of the cardboard and reducing the totally useless plastic would be a great idea! I would hesitate to recommend you just because of that.

I am looking for a replacement thermal pad for M.2 SSD. Dimensions should be about 20x70mm. As thick as possible to ensure clean contact with the heat sink. Unfortunately, there is not really anything specific where you could take optimal, preferably thin pads. The search for pads here on Digitec is really difficult, as no dimensions are categorised. I don't know if anyone from Digitec has ever had to search for something like this themselves... *eye rolling noise Now, after a long search, I find exactly one pad that is available with a thickness of 3mm: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/thermal-grizzly-minus-pad-8-8-wm-k-waermeleitmittel-12331585. But let's be honest: 20 Swiss francs for a single thermal pad that you also have to cut to size? Are these things made of gold? I'm not really enthusiastic about the offer here. This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. Hi Galaxus team, it is generally a good idea to only allow verified purchases to leave reviews. I am absolutely in favor of that. However, I just noticed that I cannot review a returned item (with the corresponding note). Why is that? I bought a controller that is simply unusable due to its firmware. Accordingly, I returned it (-10% of the purchase value). But I still tested the controller - I should be able to review it. Otherwise, you end up with miserable products that have a high return rate and no reviews. Am I seeing this wrong?
