Hello / Good evening! Do you think that >7 inch non-folding smartphones could be released soon? The ideal size would be ~7.2 inches. After some research I did find a few but rather low / mid-range or with old specialists.

Is there a telephone number I can use to contact Digitec Lausanne?

I noticed that my Xiaomi 15 still has August Security patch, even now in December. I changed region to Germany and there was immediately a MIUI 3 update with October patch. Why is that? Do the updates work with a delay in Switzerland?

Hello, I still haven't received the order above and it is marked for delivery on 15 December.

I have just received my parcel, but one item is faulty.

Why is an announced delivery from the sender/Galaxus called back after a very long wait and no new date is communicated? A search on the Galaxus website is impossible, you go round in circles. Contact is also not possible. You are repeatedly referred to the Galaxus Assistant service page. These are 360 degree turns with no result.

Unacceptable to make an order of 238.00 - to make the return and to count 54.00 - to close again their packing of origin. Since when can we not see without opening the plastic of what we order? Especially since these are handbags and not pants. I won't be ordering from you in the future, that's for sure. It's the first time I've seen this kind of practice.

I've ordered something before - labelled in stock/next day, paid and on the day of delivery I get this: "Ordered from supplier, delivery date being clarified" Just taking the piss sry That's it for us with Galaxus/Digitech

I have a funny (and slightly absurd) story. I ordered a monitor from Digitec, but the parcel got lost at Planzer. I was told to wait until the parcel was officially declared "lost". As I needed the monitor urgently, I ordered the same model from Galaxus and received it in the post the very next day. Great. Then came the twist: Galaxus automatically triggered a replacement delivery for the lost Digitec monitor and sent me a second, identical monitor. I refused to accept it, as I had never ordered a replacement. I simply waited for a refund. The monitor went back to Galaxus ... and was promptly sent to me again. This time with the note "no right of return". In the meantime, I contacted support several times. The answer was always the same: nothing could be done at the moment. So the current plan seems to be: -Galaxus continues to send me the monitor. -I continue to refuse the delivery. -Everyone is waiting for "a department" to make a decision. An endless monitor delivery loop.

Hello Community As you know, Galaxus writes that you have a chance to win a voucher every time you level up. After over 11 years and 50 level ups, I've never been lucky... which is a shame, of course. So I wanted to ask: Have any of you ever received a voucher like this? Or do they only exist in theory ;) I would be interested to know how high this "chance" is, 1%? or rather 0.0001%?

Hello everyone Probably over a year ago, there was a very good article from the Galaxus editorial team about conversation rules, including hijiacking (as I recall). I would like to share this with two or three people, as it contains really valuable tips that I have discovered in my own conversations. Thank you for the link to the article

I now have a 2-pin connection on the Ecoflow (unfortunately only an open one). Which adapter do I now need to connect the 3-pin 'thin' plugs that are common here in Switzerland? It must fit and be secure.

How do I know if a handle fits on my handlebars? The diameter doesn't seem to be specified anywhere.

Where have all the changing mats gone? They can no longer be ordered, or only at a very high price.

Ordered goods, delivered by DPD, but not received, customer service impossible to reach without a university degree, I don't want to order there anymore. From my point of view a sap shop.

Does anyone know of a shaver/trimmer that can be charged with USB-C? All the Philips and Braun are really getting on my nerves with their own power supplies and plugs. Just to charge my trimmer I have to get out the necessary charger every time.

This time for kitchen scales. Accuracy and max. weight should be sliders. "Oh, it's accurate to 1 grammes but not 2 grammes." "Oh, it can hold a maximum of 1 kg but not 0.5 kg." That's stupid.

Can anyone recommend a Spotify DJ software that I can use to mix favourite music, or a way to import Spotify into a DJ program and mix it?

Panasonic is offering a winter promotion for Lumix cameras and some lenses until 01.02.2026. For the new Ultratele Panasonic Lumix S 100-500mm F5-7.1 there is a discount of EUR 300 in the EU, UK and USA. Why not here? Now some people will cross the border again. After value-added tax and exchange rate, the lens will still cost around CHF 1,590 including 8.1% - instead of CHF 1,999.

Hi, I'll try here as Salt refuses to help me. I have a Synology DS218 and recently switched to Salt - since then a connection via DDNS is no longer possible, only with QuickConnect, which is slower and in my opinion less secure. I have opened all ports for Drive and VPN in the fibre box manager, Synology has also checked this, but the ports are and remain closed. Salt writes about this: "As mentioned Salt works with the IPv6, normally purposes (like NAS), are configured for a public IPv4." I'm getting nowhere here. Fortunately, everything works via QuickConnect, but it is, as I said, slow and I would like to be able to set up the solution that suits me. There is practically nothing to be found on YouTube or the Internet about the Salt Fibre Box. Who has experience with it and knows what to do? Salt on the website still: "Functions such as access to your network via the Fiber Box and port forwarding are possible with the IPv6 protocol. If you need to set up an Internet-accessible service with a device that does not yet support IPv6, you can request activation of the public IPv4 address option (CHF 9.95/month)." I'm an amateur user and already pretty proud that I even know what port forwarding is, but my IT latin ends here, and I feel a bit left out in the cold by Salt. Or as they put it: "We offer support for all questions regarding your fibre connection as well as the devices and services included in the Salt Fiber offer (Internet, TV, fixed-line telephony) within the scope of "normal private use" in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions." So a NAS is not normal private use. Okay. Thank you! Thomas.

Hello everyone, I live in a 2-part house. The lady is a bit older and also anxious. She asked me if I could install a camera to monitor the entrance to the house. I think it's a cool idea but I really don't know anything about it. But I know what I would like from the requirements🤣 - Operation via solar module as there is no power there - Night vision would be great - Data transmission via wifi (the one I have radiates to the location) - No plan for the data or anything. It would be cool if there was also something for indoors so that I could install 1x outdoor and 2x indoor. So that individual areas would also be covered. The icing on the cake would be if you could activate access for individual cameras. So that, for example, the lady's daughter can see the entrance. I know there are a lot of requirements and I hope that someone can help me as I'm really a total loser in this area😅 Thank you
