Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?

Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?

Ladies and Gentlemen, On 10 February, I spent the whole day waiting at home in my flat to receive my parcel. I also left my telephone number. I would therefore like to understand how it is possible that the delivery could not be made and why I supposedly could not be reached. Is it just me or has the quality of the packaging at Digitec / Galaxus declined massively? I have been ordering from Digitec / Galaxus for a long time and the following three points have always convinced me: - Service / Support - webshop - Delivery While the first two points still apply to me, this is no longer the case at all with delivery. This statement does not refer to just one order, but to my last 6 orders, each of which was processed directly via Digitec / Galaxus and also delivered in the Digitec / Galaxus box. All these orders were delivered in boxes that were far too large and without any packaging material. As a result, all the product packaging and the carton itself showed scratches, dents and other deformations. Last example yesterday: Several hundred francs of PC components were sent loose in a much too large package together with a 1L bottle of coolant. This really provokes that the 1kg bottle damages any components in the package. The package was also taped at such an angle that the lid of the box was half open on one side. I like the idea of using less packaging material, but not to the extent that it cannot be guaranteed that the products will arrive without damage. Of these orders, one product was delivered damaged (which was replaced by support without any problems) and otherwise the damage was only to the product packaging. Have others also had this experience or am I on a packaging bad streak?

Hello, I've noticed that a lot of people are buying a Mac mini for OpenClaw, and I honestly don't quite understand why. I'm currently running OpenClaw on a Raspberry Pi 5 with 8 GB RAM and using API keys. This basically works, but what really bothers me are the running costs. At the same time, I can hardly imagine that a Mac mini offers enough power for AI applications - at least compared to classic desktop setups. So I ask myself: Why do so many opt for a Mac mini to run OpenClaw?

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? For the past 2 weeks the Galaxus website has stopped working in my FireFox browser. None of the links work so what ever I click on, nothing happens unless I refresh the whole page. Seems to work fine in Edge, but I don't like using Edge. Anyone else had this issue?

I'm desperate. I've had it for over a week and it still won't mow. It cost so much... :( A summary of the story in 3 stages: 1. 1st mapping attempt saved (confirmed by app.). Problem: map lost. 2. 2nd attempt to save and keep the map. Problem: mowing does not start, with several error messages that do not correspond to reality (robot not in station when it is there and charging, robot not switched on when the display shows the menu, etc.). 3. App. completely blocked. Error messages impossible to clear. Card inaccessible so I can't erase it to restart from scratch. Robot impossible to switch off. Current status: I've unplugged the robot to let it drain (I hope this won't last too long). I've uninstalled the app. My questions: - How do I kill the robot's microphone? The sound is so loud that my neighbours are complaining (I can't stand hearing it either). - How do I turn the robot off? The big round button is for code + pairing. The little button at the top left, when pressed for 2 seconds, turns the robot on but not off? - When the mapping is done: how do I start mowing without everything freezing in the app? I have a problem and a question about it, which is: The vehicle has 2 Traxxas ID male plugs for the batteries, we have batteries with T-high current plugs, female, (we can use for other vehicles). Looking for the Oura gen 4 travel charger (case), will this also be included in the range? Oura AI Bot says it cannot be obtained directly from Oura, as they do not deliver it to Switzerland. Bot still refers to the local partners, including Digitec / Galaxus. Packstation across the border will also not be possible because the shop only refers to CH.

There's just too much now. I'm looking for a robot hoover. It should only be able to vacuum, not necessarily mop. Suitable for pet hair and long hair from us girls :D Quiet would be an advantage but not a must, suction power is more important. Should be able to get under the sofa, so not too high. And it should be inexpensive. Doesn't have to be operated with the app. I carry it from room to room. Long battery life is an advantage. What would you recommend? I'm totally at a loss.
