    Cancelled delivery

    Why is an announced delivery from the sender/Galaxus called back after a very long wait and no new date is communicated? A search on the Galaxus website is impossible, you go round in circles. Contact is also not possible. You are repeatedly referred to the Galaxus Assistant service page. These are 360 degree turns with no result.

    Handbag return and expenses?

    Unacceptable to make an order of 238.00 - to make the return and to count 54.00 - to close again their packing of origin. Since when can we not see without opening the plastic of what we order? Especially since these are handbags and not pants. I won't be ordering from you in the future, that's for sure. It's the first time I've seen this kind of practice.

    Ping-Pong with Galaxus

    I have a funny (and slightly absurd) story. I ordered a monitor from Digitec, but the parcel got lost at Planzer. I was told to wait until the parcel was officially declared "lost". As I needed the monitor urgently, I ordered the same model from Galaxus and received it in the post the very next day. Great. Then came the twist: Galaxus automatically triggered a replacement delivery for the lost Digitec monitor and sent me a second, identical monitor. I refused to accept it, as I had never ordered a replacement. I simply waited for a refund. The monitor went back to Galaxus ... and was promptly sent to me again. This time with the note "no right of return". In the meantime, I contacted support several times. The answer was always the same: nothing could be done at the moment. So the current plan seems to be: -Galaxus continues to send me the monitor. -I continue to refuse the delivery. -Everyone is waiting for "a department" to make a decision. An endless monitor delivery loop.

    Level-up vouchers - do they really exist?

    Hello Community As you know, Galaxus writes that you have a chance to win a voucher every time you level up. After over 11 years and 50 level ups, I've never been lucky... which is a shame, of course. So I wanted to ask: Have any of you ever received a voucher like this? Or do they only exist in theory ;) I would be interested to know how high this "chance" is, 1%? or rather 0.0001%?

For the new Ultratele Panasonic Lumix S 100-500mm F5-7.1 there is a discount of EUR 300 in the EU, UK and USA. Why not here? Now some people will cross the border again.     Looking for a camera but have no idea

    Hello everyone, I live in a 2-part house. The lady is a bit older and also anxious. She asked me if I could install a camera to monitor the entrance to the house. I think it's a cool idea but I really don't know anything about it. But I know what I would like from the requirementsđŸ€Ł - Operation via solar module as there is no power there - Night vision would be great - Data transmission via wifi (the one I have radiates to the location) - No plan for the data or anything. It would be cool if there was also something for indoors so that I could install 1x outdoor and 2x indoor. So that individual areas would also be covered. The icing on the cake would be if you could activate access for individual cameras. So that, for example, the lady's daughter can see the entrance.     Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.     Default setting of the delivery service (Planzer, CH Post) removed? Select a new one for each order?

    I realised today - unfortunately only after placing my order - that Planzer will deliver my order, even though I don't actually want any more parcels delivered by Planzer. It's just a hassle every single time. I had set my default delivery service to CH-Post months (or years?) ago. Apparently this setting option has been removed and you now have to select it again individually for each order ...? If I had known this beforehand, I would have done the same. Now the order is already out and I can see that Planzer will deliver :-/ I would be really surprised if it goes through without any hickups this time ... Let's see.

    Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland.     Uncommunicated discount limits, dynamic price adjustments & product exclusions - experiences?

    Hello everyone, I have noticed several times at Digitec in connection with discount campaigns that certain restrictions and processes are not communicated transparently. Specifically: - Limitations were applied to discount codes (e.g. CANON-13) without these being clearly visible anywhere (e.g. maximum number of redemptions per customer). - In addition, it was not communicated that the promotion only applied to certain products or lenses. The presentation generally stated "13% on Canon lenses", restrictions were only explained later after I had explicitly asked. - These subsequent explanations seemed more contrived than transparent to me. I also received written confirmation from customer service that prices can be dynamically adjusted during an ongoing purchase process. In my specific case, this meant that I was shown different prices for the same item within a few minutes. I would be interested to know: - Has anyone had similar experiences with discount limits not being communicated? - Were you also shown price changes during or shortly after a purchase? - Did you notice that exclusions of individual products were only explained afterwards? Experiences and assessments could certainly help others. Thank you for your feedback!

    Planzer "Your consignment could not be delivered" - delivery option not available?

    Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel
