I would like Galaxus to clearly indicate for every product which supplier the offer comes from. I deliberately do NOT want to buy from certain external suppliers. As a customer, I should be able to make this decision before I place an order! The current reason for this: I cancelled an order about ten minutes after placing it on Sunday. The cancellation request was automatically forwarded to the supplier on Sunday. However, it was only processed and rejected on Monday. Rejecting a cancellation even though the entire request was only processed on the next working day is, from a customer-friendly perspective, quite questionable. If Galaxus integrates external suppliers into its own range, it should also be transparent who is actually behind the sale. I think this information would also be of interest to other customers who want to make a conscious decision about who they buy from.

It is not possible to make an enquiry about an item that has not yet been delivered (order 158239705...) at Digitec Winterthur by telephone or e-mail. There is no telephone number or e-mail available to customers. This is a pity. I am now forced to physically travel to Winterthur next week to clarify the matter on site. This is not good customer service. I feel cold as a customer.

**WARNING REGARDING WINDOWS ARM COMPATIBILITY ISSUES – MY EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO X** I purchased my Microsoft Surface Pro X with a Microsoft SQ1 processor directly from Microsoft. Although the device works with Windows 11, I had to discover that important Windows applications are not supported. **Examples from my own experience:** - Amazon Kindle: The current Kindle app cannot be installed. Not all of my purchased books can be read via the browser. - G DATA VPN: The software also does not support the ARM architecture of my Surface. As a customer, I am disappointed that a Windows device has such limitations. What bothers me most is that the problems only become truly apparent when using certain programs. My personal conclusion: I will not buy any more Microsoft hardware in the future. **My advice to anyone interested in buying:** Definitely pay attention to the installed processor! Windows 11 on ARM is not compatible with every classic Windows application. Check your required software carefully before purchasing. I am publishing this review so that other buyers are aware of these limitations before they decide on a device.

Since you have been part of the Migros group for some time, I would find it very enriching to be connected to the Cumulus bonus programme. Is there actually any chance that Digitec will eventually offer "real" split keyboards, such as the Corne, Silakka54, Cheapino, Sofle, Ferris Sweep, TOTEM (all open-source variants), or those from companies like ZSA (Voyager, etc.)? Unfortunately, the ZSA split keyboards are a bit pricey, and for the open-source variants, besides the shops in China, there are also some online shops in Germany or England... but it would be cool to have an option here in Switzerland as well. Well, I have unfortunately already fallen down this so-called rabbit hole... and it's not easy to get out of it again because the topic is just way too exciting and the possibilities are almost endless. Once you've gotten used to such a keyboard, you really wonder why row-staggered layouts are still the standard and why keyboards with column-staggered layouts aren't offered as an alternative by the larger manufacturers. Apart from that, why is the QWERTZ or QWERTY layout still the standard? There are so many better layouts that allow you to type much faster after a bit of practice (for example, with an adapted Colemak DH layout or the Neo layout). Kevin Hofer should take a look at this – it fits perfectly into his area of expertise. ;) I know, I know... the market is probably not ready for something like this, or not yet, or simply way too small, but I just wanted to throw it out there – purely out of personal interest. :sweat_smile: But it would certainly be worth an exciting report on the topic.

I am thinking in particular of Black Friday Weeks, Cyber Monday, Christmas promotions, and winter sales. Have you noticed a decrease in discounts compared to previous years? Have the promotions become less interesting, less frequent, or less generous? Did certain components benefit from better discounts in the past? In your opinion, what has changed over the years? I am particularly interested in your concrete experiences and your price comparisons between different editions. Regarding me: In 2025, for my very first gaming setup and my start in PC building, I had created a dozen wishlists representing a cumulative value of over 5,000 CHF. Over the weeks and months, until February 2026, I noticed that none of the products on my lists had benefited from an interesting promotion. By waiting, I even saw some components increase significantly in price, notably my G.Skill Kit 32 GB DDR5-6000 (F5-6000J2636H16GX2-TR5NG). I have some vague memories of these commercial events when I accompanied my older brother and my father to large electronics stores. At the time, I was not really aware of the discounts offered or their importance. I just have a few memories of these family outings, during which my older brother took the opportunity to buy computer equipment and other electronic products. I therefore did not really experience that era from the point of view of an informed buyer. Today, however, I have the impression that commercial events have multiplied and extended over several days, or even several weeks, without this necessarily translating into better discounts. I thought Galaxus was about providing the best webshop, not keeping people on your platform for as long as possible? Since Galaxus automatically "expands" every search query without asking, I can't find anything anymore. Example: I search for "mirror cabinet organizer". Galaxus automatically expands the search and then I have more mirror cabinets than "mirror cabinet organizers" in the search results. 178 search results, of which 143 are mirror cabinets. I want organizers for the mirror cabinet, not a mirror cabinet! Then I go to Google, type in "mirror cabinet organizer Galaxus" and immediately find 9 items on Galaxus that are exactly what I'm looking for. Galaxus has completely destroyed its own search function with this "feature". I've complained about it several times, always get a lot of support from other Galaxus customers, but am ignored by Galaxus itself. So far, the most I've gotten from Galaxus was an apology from a nice employee who can neither help nor change anything. Or here's another example: type "ventilation hose 125mm" into Galaxus, and you'll find all ventilation accessories that exist, in all sizes, not just 125mm. Just look at the posts about it here and on Reddit. I think this is negative for you too, especially since your own shipping conditions are getting worse and worse. Hello everyone, I'm starting to find it very uncool. Every time I want to log in here on the website I have to reset my password. I have just tested it and have done the game 5 times. After you have reset your password you are automatically logged in, which is not bad. But when you log out and log in again, the password is apparently no longer valid. Hello Team Galaxus In my experience, there are problems with orders in your shop, but unfortunately also consistently with offers from third-party suppliers. It's your support team that gets annoyed because with every order you state when the product will be delivered as specified by the third-party provider, but in my experience the reality is always different. Therefore, my suggestion is to indicate for each product which third-party supplier it is and let the Community rate the suppliers. This will at least give customers the opportunity to avoid orders from unreliable suppliers and you will quickly know which suppliers will damage your image in the long term. The frustration of your customers will rightly shift to the third-party providers. Suppliers who do not adhere to agreements can be weeded out without you having to do much work in the selection process.

Just try searching for A Torx T8 screwdriver........ exactly! It's impossible because of the advanced search. It displays pages of everything except a simple, basic screwdriver with a Torx T8 tip.

Hello everyone, Are there any considerations or long-term plans to provide a public REST API for Digitec Galaxus or is such a thing conceivable in principle? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. Hello. My delivery was 3 days late because of Planzer. Why not use Swiss Post??? They delivered it 3 days late and to the wrong address. Furthermore, it is fortunate that I walked past my neighbor's door and took a look to see my package in front of their door. It is really poor... I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Homepage Design. What do you think: you can search on the homepage, and let's say there are 1,500 different smartphone cases. You look at the 300th one and it doesn't suit you, then you take a step back and the homepage doesn't just close the one you were looking at, but goes back to the beginning. Then you have to start all over again and scroll through the first 300 to get to the 301st and continue looking. At the 745th one, exactly the same thing happens again. Hello Galaxus team, I recently ordered three items that were immediately available. Although the delivery arrived quickly after two days, the packaging was unfortunately massively oversized: Package 1: Contained a pillow and a pillowcase – the box was not even a third full. Package 2 (dimensions: 60 × 40 × 7 cm): Contained only a mini deodorant with dimensions of 10 × 4 × 3 cm! Both for environmental reasons and from a logistical perspective, this enormous amount of packaging waste is incomprehensible. Why is so much material wasted here, and why were the three items ordered together not combined into a single shipment? I would appreciate a brief response regarding this procedure.
