    Promotional vignette autoroute

Nice to get promotional ticket with a new HP printer but no details are provided on how to claim it and when you find out eventually the deadline may have passed.. A bit tricky to say the least.

    Help with printer selection

Hello everyone I am looking for a suitable replacement for my Epson WF 5710, which no longer prints red and print head cleaning has been unsuccessful so far (printer cleaning programme as well as manual cleaning). - Place of use: Printer for home use, fluctuating monthly print volume. Sometimes we don't print at all, then 50-100 pages. - Printing: A4, colour, duplex, also graphics. That's why a print resolution of 600 x 600 dpi seems too low to me. - Scanning: ADF again, we have become very accustomed to the convenience of ADF. - Connectivity: WLAN (Mac and Win, set up via Mac) - Wish would be low total costs. - Size: approx. same size (400 x 400 x 300 mm). Preferably smaller. The decision on the type of printer - laser or inkjet - has not yet been fully made. I am strongly leaning towards inkjet. Although a colour laser is a good option in terms of ink drying out/sticking. However, the installation site is in the office where someone sleeps (I snore very loudly). So far I've only found out that laser printers are not recommended. Or have they now got the fine dust and ozone problem under control with the filters? We had a higher print volume during Corona than today, so the printer was ideal back then: high resolution, duplex printing, duplex scan, high print speed and relatively short time to first printout, ADF, low cost per page as the ink bags had a long range. Basically, the requirements have remained the same, but we have a smaller print volume and the desire for a smaller device. Although with ADF it will probably be about the same size again. Does anyone have a recommendation? Does anyone have experience with ink tanks despite a small print volume?

Successor for the Canon Pixma 100s for fine art b/w prints wanted (private use)

Hello together I bought a secondhand Canon Pixma pro 100s years ago. I primarily make black and white prints on thick premium matt paper. The quality and consistency is good and the black is sensational. However, the printer also has various disadvantages for me: My favourite paper can only be printed on with large margins, it takes up a lot of space (I print A4 maximum) and I also don't know how long I can keep buying ink for it. Is there an A4 printer that fulfils the following requirements? - Print fine art prints - Prints that are UV resistant - Doesn't dry out if you don't use it for a month Thanks for your tips and experiences

    Printers/scanners for SMEs

Hello dear Community We're getting a bit desperate and would really appreciate your help. We are looking for a scanner/printer that has the following functions: - A3/A4 duplex scan and duplex print (any other format is welcome, e.g. for envelopes etc.) - Black/white and colour copies - ADF - Sort function/offset function for printing - Save to folder/mail (we use Google Mail/Workspace) - OCR during scan - Delete blank page during scan - LAN/Ethernet, W-Lan, USB, mobile (Android + iOS) - Windows compatible (we only use Windows operating system) We mainly need a good scanner as we receive a lot of documents (sometimes in folders) that we have to scan - and these are sometimes printed on both sides. On the other hand, we need a printer that can also print out plans or documentation on A3 for customers. We work very flexibly and don't have a land cable or Ethernet connection everywhere. That's why we need something that also works via Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth. We have already been in contact with various suppliers who want to talk us into service contracts - but as a start-up, we are not interested in long-term service contracts as we don't know how we will work in the future. We would like to have a device that we can maintain ourselves and if that is not possible, we can simply request maintenance from a specialist. We don't like this contract-agreement mentality and would be very reluctant to jump on such an option. We were mainly offered RICOH and Sharp devices. However, these always seem to have a service contract behind them. Do you have any suggestions regarding multifunctional devices or recommendations for purchase? We would be very, very grateful!!! =)
