Customers who have opted for the TV module from freenet TV can flexibly change the reception path themselves at any time via the freenet TV customer account.

The prerequisite for receiving freenet TV with a TV module is an HD-capable receiver or television with a free CI+ slot. Additionally, it is important that the receiver is equipped with an appropriate tuner for DVB-S for satellite reception or DVB-T2 for reception via antenna. The support of the reception format can be recognized by the blue DVB-S and/or the green DVB-T2 logo.

The installation of the TV module is very simple; it only has to be inserted into a free CI+ slot, and the programs of freenet TV are already decrypted.
