The Ethernet switch with plug-and-play functionality requires no additional crossover or uplink ports. Compatible with up to 10/100/1000 Mbps half-duplex and up to 20/200/2000 Mbps full-duplex. The LAN switch features a fanless design for silent operation and supports the following standards: Auto-Negotiation, Auto MDI/MDIX for all RJ45 ports, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3x, IEEE 802.3ab.
