Universal quad feed system UAS 585 is suitable for multi-participant systems with integrated switching matrix. The switching between the frequency bands is also done, as with the single reception system,
by selecting the programme on the receiver. A later extension to more than four connections is possible. Ideal for receiving Ku-band satellites such as ASTRA, EUTELSAT or TürkSat, the feeding system complies with the ASTRA specification for universal feeding systems. Suitable for community installations with two polarisations and two frequency ranges (2 x low/high band) and for linear polarisation. Independent horizontal/vertical, low/high band selection from any receiver. The switching between horizontal/vertical, low/high band is made via the coaxial cable by 14/18 V and 22 kHz universal quad feed system (10.70-11.70 and 11.70-12.75 GHz). For four connections without additional multiswitches, with EXR 15xx multiswitches expandable to up to 16 connections. Power supply via feed-through cable. UAS 585 is multifeed capable due to its compact design (CAS 60/80/90/120). LNB and cable connections are completely protected in ventilated housing, protection class: IP 54.
