The MOFAGE Mount Adapter is a precision lens adapter that enables compatibility between POCO camera lenses and Sony E-Mount camera bodies. This adapter allows the use of POCO lenses on E-Mount mirrorless cameras, thereby expanding the lens options for photographers without the need for a complete system change. Made from high-quality aluminum alloy with brass bayonet components, the adapter ensures precise lens alignment and optimal optical performance. The bayonet system features secure locking pins and a smooth rotation mechanism for reliable mounting and dismounting of lenses. With a compact design of approximately 35 mm in length and 65 mm in diameter, the adapter adds minimal bulk to the camera setup while maintaining structural integrity. The internal shielding and anti-reflective coating minimize light scattering and lens flares to preserve image quality under various shooting conditions. The adapter supports full electronic communication between compatible lenses and camera bodies, including autofocus functionality, aperture control, and EXIF data transfer, when supported. Precision machining ensures the exact flange focal distance, crucial for accurate focusing across the entire focal length range. The matte black finish reduces light reflections and provides lasting corrosion resistance. This adapter is suitable for professional photographers and enthusiasts who wish to use POCO lens optics on E-Mount camera systems, offering a cost-effective solution to expand photographic possibilities without compromising on build quality or optical performance.

Bayonet lens mount

A lens mount is an interface — mechanical and often also electrical — between a photographic camera body and a lens. It is confined to cameras where the body allows interchangeable lenses, most usually the single lens reflex type or any movie camera of 16 mm or higher gauge. Lens mounts are also used to connect optical components in instrumentation that may not involve a camera, such as the modular components used in optical laboratory prototyping which join via C-mount or T-mount elements.
