The Polar H10 heart rate sensor is a strap that transmits the heart rate to the smartphone or sports watch with particular accuracy in real time. As wearing a sports watch is not permitted in some sports, such as swimming, or data transmission is not guaranteed, the sensor has an integrated memory for individual training sessions. This means you don't have to carry your smartphone or sports watch with you. The data can then be easily transferred. The training data can be viewed via the training app (Polar Beat). The improved electrodes provide an optimum signal for measuring the heart rate. Additional non-slip silicone points and a soft textile strap ensure a high level of wearing comfort. The closing mechanism also ensures close contact with the skin.
