Xiaomi Smart Home Hub 2
Xiaomi Smart Home Hub 2
No. This device is cheap rubbish. Only suitable for Xiaomi devices and a few additional products. Hands off! I returned it immediately but had to pay CHF 10 because the packaging was open. For an open-protocol ZigBee network, I recommend the ConBee II, for example, or the RaspBee from Dresden Electronic with a RaspberryPi. But I haven't pursued this myself yet. The light in my flat is still switched by a carbon intelligence (aka. yours truly). (It's extremely cheap and environmentally friendly too ;) ).
You would have to try it out, I have it in the cupboard and it works. I think it then connects to the 2.4ghz network to cover the range
