With its 8 individual charging slots for AA and AAA NiMH batteries, the LCD Multi Charger+ is the ideal product for charging a variety of cells. It allows for the simultaneous charging of different combinations in terms of quantity, charge status, capacities, and sizes of the batteries. A shutdown procedure for the charging process takes advantage of the fact that the voltage (Delta U) slightly decreases when the batteries are fully charged. A safety timer turns off after a certain period, regardless of the charging status. Defective cells are not charged, thus preventing damage to the charger. There is detection for faulty, unsuitable, or incorrectly inserted battery types, as well as protection against incorrectly inserted cells. The charging time is 4 hours.
