Network coverage and return conditions
Unfortunately, it does not meet my expectations. I previously had a Netatmo in the same location. The network coverage was too low for the Somfy and it could not establish a connection. On the app it was pointed out that the camera should ideally be positioned 2m from the WLAN router....it is an outdoor camera and who has outdoor WLAN routers in use?
@ Digitec: The return conditions are not really customer-friendly. There are various platforms where the purchase price is refunded 100% even if the packaging is opened. As soon as the packaging is opened, 10% is deducted for the return....unbelievable!
