Question about Samsung HW-Q700A

According to the Samsung homepage, the model HW-Q700A has 330 watts total power. It says 2 x28 watts and the device is also very cheap compared to the competition. Where is the problem? Is it the wattage, the name of the appliance or is the price wrong?

Samsung's specifications for power consumption also say 2x 28Watts. But that can't be right. See here:

The subwoofer has a 220V input and the soundbar has a 19V connection, see manual p. 173:

If you want to know exactly, I would contact Samsung.
