It's a bit late to answer, but maybe people have the same problem as me:
In order to supply my own LAN with the router via the smartphone hotspot, I proceeded as follows:
1. cut all WLAN/LAN connections from a PC.
Plug the LAN cable of the repeater into the PC. 3.
Access the setup website of the repeater. 4.
4. the address, user name and password can be found on the back of the repeater. 5.
5. select the hotspot of the smartphone under the available WLAN.

6. enter the password of the hotspot
7. save / apply changes
Unplug everything and move it to the place of use. 9.
Plug the repeater into the LAN hub at the Internet input socket. Place the smartphone on the repeater. 10.
10. finished. Setup PC can now be reconnected to the LAN hub as normal.
