Question about Canon Maxify GX6050
Hello, despite replacing the maintenance cartridge which had reached saturation and performing several print head cleaning and alignment cycles, the documents remain blank. Could you tell me if this is a technical failure related to the print head?
Check whether the supply lines (hoses) to the print heads are filled with ink. In my case, the hose filled with yellow ink was empty. Only an intensive cleaning (found at the very bottom of the maintenance menu) refilled it, and after that, the color yellow was printed again.
