The MeanWell plug-in power supply Euro Plug In 9V 0.66A 6W and the Rs Pro Power Adapter Euro Plug In 9V 7.5W should fit. The power of both is higher than the original. The plug should also fit, it may be a little tighter because the centre hole is narrower within the tolerance range.
However, it is rare that the power supply fails. Are you sure the camera is still OK? I have already experienced with other brands (Arlo) that they draw too much current and regularly burn out power supplies. It's quickly no longer worth it. My Tapos have been running for over 3 years without interruption or failure.
