Question about TP-Link Tapo C310
Hello I would like to install the C310 at my parents' house entrance. The APP is free of charge? No monthly/annual subscription is needed? Is a cloud required? When someone comes to the door, the picture/video appears immediately on the mobile phone? Is an SD card necessary, or what is the SD card needed for?

The app is free, but you need an annual subscription to store the videos in the cloud. To get around this, you can work with a micro SD. I for example have 5 cameras installed and use the cloud storage of Tapo. You can regulate the notifications of the respective motion messages yourself, but yes, it is transferred directly to your mobile phone with picture/video.
