How do I activate the vibration on the steering wheel?

There is no vibration/force feedback on the HORI Racing Wheel APEX PS5 (model SPF-004U) as the device does not have motorised feedback.

You can therefore not activate the vibration on the steering wheel because this function is not provided on this model (unlike some steering wheels with force feedback).
