I have a Huawei P20 Pro and cannot manage to pair my mobile phone with the Cinebar One. The Cinebar simply doesn't switch to pairing mode (even pressing and holding the Bluetooth button doesn't do anything). Have any of you had the same experience? According to the web reviews, this seems to happen occasionally.

I normally use the soundbar for my computer. But I connected it to my One Plus 3 for test purposes and it worked without any problems.

I operate the Cinebar with an optical cable. So I can't say anything about it.
