is it possible to use the steering wheel without pedals (e.g. accelerate/brake with the paddles, analogue)?

Helpful answer
Hello Soultool.
In principle, this would be possible, but I would not recommend using the paddles or other buttons on the steering wheel as accelerator and brake pedals, as you can then only apply full throttle and the buttons are sometimes more difficult to reach in the bends.
Why do you want to use the steering wheel without pedals?
If you have a physical limitation, I can recommend the Simraceway SRW-S1. This steering wheel is available for 50$ and has 4 paddles on the back: 2 paddles for shifting and 2 paddles for accelerator and brake that work like pedals. This steering wheel has no base but a motion sensor. There are several adapters for the SRW-S1 steering wheel to attach it to a Logitech or Thrustmaster base. I was able to find two possible adapters. One is the adapter from "Simability" (only for the G27) and the other is the "Quick Release" from "Simulaje", also available for the G29, but more expensive than the first one. Please contact me if you have any questions.
