Why does this generation no longer display Hertz values, but only PQI? How can I compare this with other providers? How many hertz is 3200 PQI? Is it possible to convert this?

The PQI is the Picture Quality Index. It is manufacturer-specific and therefore devices with this value can only be compared under the same manufacturer.
The Hertz value describes how often the picture is repeated per second, or how often the TV is capable of doing so. The Q7FN has a 120 Hertz display and thus offers an extremely smooth picture and all consoles can be played at the highest refresh rate.

PQI is a rating created by Samsung for Samsung TVs. The higher the number, the better the TV is supposed to be.
