I have exactly the same problem. However, the battery is not available anywhere in Switzerland (or I have not found it at any seller). I contacted the manufacturer because Babymoov has it on sale. However, Babymoov does not deliver to Switzerland and the manufacturer referred me to the seller (Galaxus in my case). I have reported my problem to Galaxus and it is currently being clarified. As soon as I have information, I will write it here.
