Hello! I bought this product... which at first I had to send back after 2 uses because it stopped working completely. Galaxus sent me back a brand new product... when cooking for the first time, the water symbol keeps beeping. What should I do? Thanks

Is there water in the bottom tank? My appliance beeps when I have too little water in it. I think it should be a maximum of 400ml.
