I have this device at home and it works fine on the mains but unfortunately not with batteries. New batteries were inserted and also correctly and still the device does not work. what could be the problem?
This model no longer has batteries, you must mean the previous pump in yellow. Why don't you contact Galaxus about this?
I find batteries outdated and unsustainable, prefer to use rechargeable batteries. Medela: New Freestyle Flex or New Swing Maxi, both with rechargeable battery.
I have had no problems in this direction. Ask the service department. I am very satisfied with the device.
