Helpful answer
The appliance only heats water. Powdered milk is put into the bottle, not into the heating chamber. If the problem persists, it is the milk powder.

I have tried different milk powders without any better results! The water temperature only reaches 38 degrees and not 40, could it be that my device is defective?
