What does: Expected delivery time: 2-3 weeks Currently in stock at the supplier? Can it be expected?

The expected delivery date is given by the supplier, as the supplier is not able to give exact details. Unfortunately, something can always come up and cause delays in delivery. Therefore, the note "without guarantee" is also given.
