Dear Community I too am having problems with the TV installation and assume that it could be due to the Hue Sync Box. I have: - TV The Frame 65 with Connect One to this then the: - Hue Sync Box to this then: - UPC Box - Nintendo Switch - 2 Playbar The problem now is that after a while the TV switches off and on again. It shows a spinning circle with dots. It usually takes about 1 hour for it to appear for the first time, then again and again. Does anyone know this phenomenon? Best regards

Helpful answer
Yes, I have exactly the same problem. At first I had the Nintendo Switch connected, but it didn't work at all. I had to throttle down the resolution so that the device would be recognised. Honestly, it looks great. But the Sync Box is still far too immature, too many bugs for the steep price. I would probably still buy it again :o)

Yes, in principle it's a good thing 😃 And I don't blame the SyncBox either, I just think since everything is connected via it, it's the most obvious thing to do.

I have the same phenomenon... but I didn't suspect the SyncBox until now. 🤔
I have BluRay, Nvidia Shield and PS5 connected to the SyncBox.
However, the phenomenon only occurs - unfortunately - with the PS5. But not with the Shield, which I use for Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Zattoi...
...so I assumed until now that my Samsung Q7 from 2018 probably can't keep up with the current technology and that an LG C17 will soon move in with us. 😁
Why would the SyncBox be the cause...?
