Preliminarily: My rating refers to the product in general, not just to just this one purchase at Galaxus. And I have been using this cat litter since it was first available in Switzerland.
It used to be the very best cat litter product ever for me.
Unrivalled in price/performance/ecological thought.
Ideal size of the litter grains, and virtually no dust.
Unfortunately, this product has also been "tinkered with" over the decades.
The manufacturer will surely call it "optimised".
The grains have become much too small, they disintegrate too quickly, and it gets dusty in the cat box after a short time.
Because the grains are too small and therefore too light, the cats carry much more litter with them out of the box, which is then nicely distributed in the flat.
The first time I noticed a reduction in the size of the litter grains was when the manufacturer introduced a new litter "especially" for longhaired cats ^^. And since a few years ago, something must have been changed again in the manufacturing process. The litter is smaller again, and now the dust is getting on my nerves too.
Unfortunately I haven't found a better alternative, although I test every new product.
There is always something negative, be it the smell of the product itself or something else. Price never plays a role for me! The product simply has to be good for me, and accepted by the cats.Pro

My cat's and my favourite litter
Unless you know this litter, I would suggest trying it out in a small package first. But once you've been convinced by it, this bulk size is really practical–especially when your cat is pissing machine.
