Hello, I currently have a PetSafe microchip cat flap Petporte smart flap fitted. Is the hole diameter in the disc the same, or does it need a larger one? What about the power supply? Is a power supply included? Many thanks and best regards

The cat flap can be operated with batteries or a mains cable is not included in the scope of delivery. Unfortunately, the mains cable can only be ordered from the manufacturer. According to my information, the cut-out size (H) x (W): 26.42 x 21.34 cm or with metal door: 32.26 x 24.64 cm.
