Question about PetSafe Petporte Smart Flap
The tunnel extension is damaged. Can I replace it individually or do I have to buy a completely new flap? If a replacement is possible, how can I replace the tunnel extension with the flap already installed? Where do I screw it on?

Tunnel extensions are available separately, some of which must be shortened depending on the thickness of the drain hole. To replace, the flap must be loosened with the 4 screws that hold the flap together.
To replace the extension, unscrew the 4 outer screws, dismantle to remove the damaged extension and reassemble. It's easier with two people!
