Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) and replace the cap on the pump. Choose from 3 different intensity levels that gradually increase. Press the on/off button to cycle through the various intensity levels. Once you have cycled through all three levels, the pump will automatically turn off. After it shuts off, press and hold the release button to reduce the suction and gently loosen the seal. The pump is also transparent and features measurement lines to track your progress.
