Precise Melting Program (40°C)

A precise temperature control program for melting food, managed by an intelligent algorithm, ensures that you don’t have to stand at the cooktop watching the entire process, as the cooktop takes control. Precise Braising Program (70°C)
Cooking a Lecsó or a stew, sautéing a Lekvar, or heating a thick sauce; all those things that always stick to the bottom of the pot are no longer a problem! This is made possible with a precise temperature control program that ensures nothing burns to the pot. Set the program by pressing a sensor, and from there, the HobControl cooktop takes over the cooking.
