The dual filter is a combination of HEPA H12 and activated carbon filter. The H12 HEPA filter filters pollutants such as animal hair, fine dust, pollen, viruses and bacteria from the air. The activated carbon filter adsorbs gases (bad odours, tobacco smoke, volatile organic compounds, etc.). Compared to an H14 HEPA filter, the H12 HEPA filter has a lower density, which means that more air can be filtered in the same amount of time. The dual filter must be replaced every 8-12 months.
