The Opponent Challenges expansion includes variants of all base opponents from the core game Sword & Sorcery: The Ancient Chronicles and offers 16 new creatures with their own opponent figures, opponent parchments, and opponent cards.

You can customize each adventure from Sword & Sorcery: The Ancient Chronicles and choose the difficulty level that suits you. Replace seasoned opponents with their inexperienced counterparts for a more relaxed adventure, or balance on the fine line between success and failure by making all opponents as challenging as possible.

You can also use this set to add more monsters to upcoming expansions or to create your own adventures.

To play the expansion, the core game Sword & Sorcery: The Ancient Chronicles is required.
